Poetry Submission

Vita Brevis Press Poetry Magazine

WHAT DO YOU PUBLISH?
Vita Brevis publishes poetry, especially from unpublished or emerging poets. You can submit your poem without worrying about reading fees, agents, or reading periods. To get a feeling for the Vita Brevis style, read our recent poems. You can also read my Duotrope editor interview.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY POETRY SUBMISSION IS ACCEPTED?
I respond to every single poetry submission, whether it’s accepted or not. If I don’t get back to you within two months, let me know in a new email titled “Follow-Up.”

DO YOU OFFER POETRY PUBLISHING SERVICES?
While Vita Brevis isn’t currently accepting manuscripts, I put together a great team of editors, designers, and formatters to help emerging poets turn their manuscripts into beautiful paperback and ebook copies. You can also promote your book to thousands of like-minded Vita Brevis poets. Visit the poetry publishing services page to learn more.
